Tanenholz & Associates, PLLC is a Washington, D.C. based law firm dedicated to meeting your discovery needs. Whether your litigation is large or small, simple or complex, just beginning or well-underway, we can help.

As a boutique, scalable law firm, Tanenholz & Associates is able to oversee the entire discovery process at a significantly lower cost than traditionally possible. While the common practice of engaging staffing agencies to perform a managed review can be appropriate, if a client seeks document review and discovery services with built-in legal oversight, Tanenholz & Ash offers just that. This distinction allows us to minimize much of the hours that go into document review, as neither corporate nor trial counsel are required to spend time on legal oversight and quality control of our review teams. It also means that a client’s discovery is in the hands of the same legal team for the entire duration of the review, from first-pass through final privilege.

Our fully integrated discovery services can take a project from collection through production and accommodate any ad hoc projects that arise along the way. At the outset of a project, we explore opportunities to reduce clients’ data sets through early case assessment (ECA), targeted searches, and predictive coding. One of our dedicated teams of attorneys will then review documents for relevancy, confidentiality, issues, potential privilege, and privilege under the supervision of a Senior Associate. If needed, our special projects attorneys are available to prepare issue binders and privilege logs. Throughout the process, we work at the direction of our client’s trial firm, reporting on progress metrics and key documents, and seeking guidance on substantive issues and next steps.

Tanenholz & Associates combines expertise in all areas of discovery management and provides consistent support throughout the entire litigation process. Explore how partnering with us can help you meet your discovery goals:
