Firm Update

summer update

With the hire of five new team members and the promotion of two others, we’ve seen some big changes around here lately! To recap:

Bill George is now Senior Counsel and Director of Managed Review. Bill has been directing and managing document review projects with the firm since 2010, and we’re excited to continue to grow our managed review services under his leadership.

Charles Marr is now Senior Counsel and brings with him a decade of experience in corporate operations, project management, and structured finance. This somewhat non-traditional background translates into a broad outlook for the future of the firm and a passion for efficiency metrics. Charles is currently managing one of our reviews and is in the process of obtaining his ACEDS certification.

Dan Stromberg joined our team as Director of Discovery Technology. Dan previously worked for the firm as a Senior Associate way back in 2010 and 2011, went on to develop formidable e-discovery expertise during his tenure with FTI, and returns to us as our e-discovery tech expert.

Ben Austrin-Willis joined our team as a Discovery Associate. Ben has worked with us on multiple projects since 2012, including an extended on-site assignment for the litigation department of one of our largest clients.

Jed Goldfried is now a Discovery Associate. Jed has been working with us since 2010, performing document review and assisting in a transition to digital contract management for one of our corporate clients.

Danielle Jordan is our first Baltimore-based Discovery Associate. Danielle has been working with us since 2012 focusing on QC and privilege review.

Monica Ledermann joined our team as a Discovery Associate. Monica has been working with the firm since January of this year and has focused on first level review and QC.

Peter Vance is now a Discovery Associate. Peter Vance has been working with us since 2010 performing document review, with a special focus on privilege review and factual development.

We are very excited to welcome these guys to the “baddest e-discovery team around.” As for the rest of the team, Stacey Angerome continues to lead our quality control and privilege teams as Senior Associate, and Frances Lippitt just makes sure everyone is paid on time.
